SCHEDULE FOR THE TOA ANNUAL MEETING JUNE 16TH, 2018 IN LANSING MI.
FRIDAY JUNE 15TH
DOWNTOWN DIMONDALE CRUISE-IN 136 N. BRIDGE STREET from 6-9 PM. We will meet in front of the Crowne Plaza to caravan at 5:30. It is about 6 miles/15minutes to Dimondale.
MEMBER MIXER 8 PM TO 10 PM Friday Crowne Plaza Lobby Bar
SATURDAY JUNE 16TH
HOMECOMING CAR SHOW AND SWAP MEET 9AM TO 3PM. Auto Owners, 6101 Anacapri Boulevard, Lansing MI. Again we will meet in front of the CP to caravan at 8:45. We have to arrive together to park together – there is no parking by class. Registration deadline is May 25th – registration form above.
NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM Saturday 6-16, 4-7 PM. R.E. OLDS MUSEUM, 240 MUSEUM DRIVE, LANSING
$5 Reduced Admission. The Museum is open 10AM-5pm Friday and Saturday and 12-5 Sunday if you wish to visit it at a different time. $7 Admission other than the event.
TOA MEMBERSHIP BUFFET DINNER, 6-7 PM Saturday. The TOA ANNUAL MEETING will follow the dinner around 7PM; you do not have to go to the buffet to attend the meeting. This will be held at Reno’s West Sports Bar, 5001 W. Saginaw Highway, 2.5 miles/six minutes from the Crown Plaza. The cost for the casual buffet is $10 per person and the first drink is on the club. There will be an opportunity to buy TOA merchandise after the meeting.
Notes/Suggestions:
HOTELS -The Crowne Plaza, which is very close to the show, has a more secluded parking lot and nicer amenities. The Ramada is a budget option and is close to the Crowne Plaza. The Comfort Inn is far from the dinner/meeting.
This event draws 500 cars, so make your plans as early as possible. Here is what you need to do:

We need this by June 1st so that we can compile our list and count of attendees.
