1966-78 axle shaft lock nut

Not really big, but importent for my 66 Toro projekt. I lost one lock nut of the new axle shafts. :oops:
No idea where to get it in germany (metric country you know). Has anyone a used or new one for me - or a manufacturer/dealer address - or can tell me the correct size of thread ?

Please help
