69 toro rear seat belts

I need to change one of my rear seat belts so I can put a child safety seat in my toro. The center buckle won't work. I would like to get a newer alr type that will have the buckle at the side. Does anyone know what year olds went to this type and if they would bolt into my car? I don't use my car as a daily driver but it would be nice to take my daughter to a car show without having to take two cars.
