1978 REAR BUMPER FILLER QUESTION

HI , MY father in law has a 1978 oldsmobile toronado he bought new , actually he has 3 , anyway he has 1 that has never seen snow or rain always garage kept and low miles , the problem he has is he wants to replace the rubber pieces between the rear quarters and the rear bumper , they are cracked , can someone tell me the correct name for these pieces and a good source to find them ?
