heater hose and hot water valve

Hello,

New member looking forward to learning more about this car and getting it properly restored. I have a 66 with Comfortron. The previous owner did a lot of incorrect work and repairs to the car and I'm putting everything back to the way it's supposed to be. I purchased hot water shut off valve (GM #396927) which I understand to be correct for 66 and 67 year models. After installing the valve, I realized the outlet is 3/4" diameter and the associated heater core inlet is 5/8". I put together something with pieces of 3/4" and 5/8" hoses, plastic elbows, and an adapter. Does anyone know if there is an aftermarket hose that would work so I can get the Frankenstein set up out of there. I'm trying to clean the engine bay up, not contribute to the chaos. A hose part # would be helpful as I can see if there are any on E-Bay or other suppliers. Thanks.
