Center Brake Hose

Postby 1970w34 » Sat Jun 20, 2020 10:44 am

Nick Christman made me up a few of the very hard to find rear brake hose for the 1969-70 Toronado. They are excellent pieces and very reasonable in price. The only difference is the color of the fittings and the mount hole is a bit bigger....easily accounted for with a sleeve.

He can make most any brake hose, give him a call! 616-836-7885 Brake Hoses Unlimited.

He made a rear brake hose for my 1966. He returned my call when I inquired whether he had the correct one for my car. Recommend him for brake hoses.

I got my brake hose from them also. Good quality plus good customer service.

Or just build your own hose using "DOT-approved" Teflon liner under stainless steel braid, and perhaps some generic fittings.

Not "correct", of course...but very functional. Rear brake hoses are reasonably similar--they usually connect to 1/4" tube at the front, and a pair of 3/16 tubes at the axle.
