Hey François. How are your headlight actuators working for you?

I’m almost done with my 66 and now I’m having trouble with mine. I took them apart and cleaned/lubed everything but I can’t get them to work properly. One of them opens if I apply direct vac to it. The other one will work sometimes with direct manifold vac. I’m thinking maybe the rubber seals are leaking.

If yours work I would like to go the same route you took. Any info would be greatly appreciated..

My piston assembly (66) does not have the multiple alignment post. Is this something you added?
