67 CV boots

Postby Doc Hubler » Mon Dec 03, 2012 11:12 pm

I'm getting ready to tackle the last major mechanical issue other than brakes on my restoration which is replacing the CV boots. The car has around 130,000 miles on it, so I'm wondering what the bearings will be like. Where is the place to order bearing kits for these cars, and is it pretty much a given that I'll have to do that? Seems that the outer CV boots were torn. I will try to post some pics soon, but would appreciate some advice on best vendors to obtain those bearings/kits.
