1966 Toronado parking brake release handle question

This is a two fold question.... I own a 66 and the bushing/gromet that holds the parking brake release rod in place and keeps it from flopping around is missing/all dried up. A) Who has this bushing/grommet? B) Does the handle for the parking brake unsrew from the rod OR is it permenantly molded to the metal rod as in NOT REMOVABLE and WILL BREAK if you try to unscrew it??????? THANKS so much in advance! Now that I have my parking brake working again the loose, floppy release handle is annoying!
