Need Heater Vacuum Control Help on '66 Toro

Hi Guys,
I need some info on my non-A/C heater control vacuum hose routing. The control head has 6 vacuum terminals numbered 1 through 6, the corresponding vacuum lines are color keyed but disconnected. Does anyone have their '66 dash apart right now that could possibly tell me the correct routing OR does anyone have a schematic for the connection?
