'66 & '67 Rear Bumpers the same?

Most definitely 66-7 use the exact same rear bumper and taillight surround too. Only thing from the rear that is different is the taillight lenses/bezels.

well Not exactly

Though the 66-7 bumpers are the same, a correction it must be noted.
The 66-7 tail light surrounds are different. The 66 is an open surround (shown) the tail light sit behind the surround but lens carries its own SS garnish treatment that is part of the lens, the 67 is a closed boxed /egg crate style that is part of the surround and covers the 67 lenses which is smooth, both 66-67 share their respective front grill theme.

I will also note that the 66 has a second surround style though its usage is very limited and the reason behind the second style is unknown and tracking is difficult as there is no rhyme nor reason for it implementation or usage.

PS this is more to this, this particular surround is a 66 has a rocket and relocated 'Toronado' and so far it is one of off.
