Well, I'm a handfull of dollars away from having an order large enough to get a $10 gift-card on Autozone, so I figured I'd round up some other parts while I was there, and one of the things I looked for was a re-build kit for the carb on my '66. It only shows one rebuild kit, but it says Holley on it... So, I'm questioning it somewhat... It looks like Q-jet parts to me, but I'd like someone a bit more knowledgable to chime in..

The parts shown in that link are Q Jet parts probably made by Holley. BUT you're getting very generic just ordering a Q Jet kit by year and motor.
Look for a round orange tinted tag on the left side of your carb (if it's original), a great many '66 Toro Q Jets were replaced due to problems (like fire) with the goofy toilet flapper needle and seat set-up; you'll be replacing this if yours still has it. They are history.
Anyway you need to order a carb kit by the # on the carb .
