Is the steering column on the 1966 interchangeable with the 1966 Riviera steering column?

I don't know but remember the River Otter is rear wheel drive so there may be differences down past the fire wall.

If I were you, I'd try to compare GM part numbers.

Here's a link to the Olds Master Parts Book. I'm sure the internet might have a Buick list out there somewhere. I'd bet the Eldorado is the same, though.
