Well I've been out of the game for almost 3 years, blind sided by some bad stuff. But I'm back at it again. I just switched the power steering pump and am getting ready to re-install.

The new unit says the warranty is invalid if the system is not bled.

Sooo does ny one know how to bleed the system or have a link to the procedure?

When I rebuilt the ps in my mom's Galaxie 500, I filled everything up and just started the car.

I sat in the driveway for 20 minutes or so and turned the wheel lock to lock, over and over again to bleed all the air out of the system. No problems ever.
