outputshaft qestion

Please ched a light on this for Me.i have been trying to find an outputchaftseal for the right side
Of my diffrential.my Car is an 66 toronado delux.my qestion is,there is two diffrent outputchafts
Available,One 30 spline like mine and One 32 spline.the seals i have baugt is for 32 spline.that seams
Wery common all over ebay.why are there diffrent shafts and why cant i find the right seal.

Wild Guess: The 32-spline seal is for the back of a Turbo 400 automatic transmission, not for the differential of a Toronado.

There's an early- and a late-style differential for Toro/Eldo; I'm thinking the '66 and '67 use the early style, while the '68-up use the later style. Perhaps that's the difference.
