67 Turn Signal Switch

Hi there. Just bought a 67. Really nice car, but the turn signals dont work. I have checked everything, and the only thing I have not replaced is the turn signal switch . Found you can still buy the switches. The part number I found was SW351. However on a different site it says these switches are not for cars with tilt wheels. Anyons know if this switch would work? If not, why not? What else can I do then? My car has tilt and cornering lights. I dont really care if the cornering lights dont work though. Car runs beautifully, previous owner had engine rebuilt, 30 over, so it definitely runs. No use to me if I dont have indicators or brake lights.
