Yep. My parents moved us from Cleveland, Ohio to Atlanta when I was in high school. That was the greatest thing to happen in my life.

All the cars here are like new with no rust anywhere. I bought a '56 Cadillac in 2001 and every bolt on it looked like it was installed yesterday.

Russ, I may have some '67 parts. I have a random assortment of electrical, trim, mechanical, etc. parts for '66 and '67 that I have not sorted or inventoried. If there's anything you're looking for, send me an email and I'll see what I can find.

Post some pictures of the car when you get it. It looks pretty good in the ebay listing. I assume it's this one.

As for touring, I use my Cadillac and Toronado as regular transportation. I've never owned a modern car. I drove the '56 Cad to St. Petersburg, Fl for Thanksgiving and I'll be driving the Toronado to San Antonio later this year. The Cad was getting 10K miles or more a year until I bought the Toronado in 2014. Now they split the time on the road.

Check with Applied GMC about a bolt on EFI system. They specialize in these engines and drive trains for GMC motor homes which utilize the Toro drivetrain. I see on their website that they sell adapters and other EFI parts for the 425/455 engine.

An HEI swap from a later model might work or you can send your Dizzy to this guy who will convert it for you.
