Does anyone know of a source for replacement return springs for 1966 Toronado headlight actuators?

These are hard to find. There is an excellent actuator rebuilder :

He did ours and they've bee working great for over 10 years,

I emailed Mr. Hitchcock this past September. A few days later I received a reply indicating that he had passed away some 6 months prior.
