Just like the topic says, i'm looking for a working Wonderbar radio for my 66 toro. Also curious what other years/models share it.
Thanks.

Yeah, i've seen them come and go on e-bay a couple times. So I wasn't worried weather I could get one. Now i'm ready for it, and there are none to be had
That's why i'm wondering about interchangeability. Were there any other years, or models that had the same unit?

I have a wonderbar radio (dated 1966) in stock. But it is with '67 Knobs.
If you want it I would check if it is still in working condition.
As i read in the 1966 and 67 oldsmobile brochures these radios were options in all full-size models.

Do the '66 Wonderbar and the 66 AM-only use the same knobs? If so, I'd be interested. As the knobs on my AM are in perfect shape...

Re: WANTED: 66 Wonderbar am/fm
So then, I checked the radio. I put it on a 12V battery charger and connected to two 4 ohm speakers (I have not the right 8 ohm speakers) and an antenna. With turn on there is a strong grumble but I believe that is the reason to the wrong speakers. Both speakers (front and rear) working.
On AM I got one regional radio station. I cannot check FM because there are no more FM radio stations in germany.
But FM control light comes on. Wonderbar works only short time - in lack of enough ampere power.
As I told, I have only the bigger '67 knobs, but the radio comes with all other mounting stuff.
I haven't the radio light harness.
I believe the '66 knobs from all toro-radios are same...
If you in interest please send me an privat message or email.
