Re: 69 RUBBER BUMPER PARTS
Do you have pictures of the parts you're looking for? I can't visualize the hood piece. Is it a rubber seal under the hood?
What are you calling the bumper moulding? The pieces that fit between the bumper and body?
Try Steele Rubber and/or Fusick.

RE THE BUMPER RUBBER PARTS. THE REAR BUMPER HAS 2 CORNER MOLDED PIECES AND ONE LONG STRAIGHT PIECE USED AS A SPACER BETWEEN BUMPER AND CAR BODY. THE FRONT HAS RUBBER SPACERS AS THE BUMPER CURVES AROUND THE FENDER EDGE. THE HOOD RUBBER FITS ON THE LEADING EDGE OF THE HOOD, AND SPACES BETWEEN THE HOOD AND TOP GRILLE/BUMPER SECTION. THANKS FOR THE HELP JOHN P

Re: 69 RUBBER BUMPER PARTS
OK. Are the bumper fillers you're looking for similar to these on my '66? If so, it doesn't look like Fusick has them.
You may have to look for good used ones. Try John Dorcey. His contact information is in the Parts Sources and Reviews section of this forum at the bottom of the main page in the 1966-1970 section. He has a lot of 66-70 salvage Toronados.
If you can't find the hood lip moulding / splash shield, I've made similar parts from sheets of masticated rubber (like truck mud flaps with embedded reinforcing fibers) or regular rubber depending on the function. If you have the old part you can use it as a template.
Masticated rubber and sheets of regular butyl rubber, silicone rubber, Buna rubber, etc. can be purchased in various sizes and thicknesses from MacMaster -Carr.
