hey all,
OK, no luck in finding inner cv boots for the 66, so.............i ordered67 axles, same lenth axles, the right side i will use the 66 axle shaft because it has a dampner on the shaft. has anyone else run into this or what do you do about the 66 axles?

You CAN use 67 axles in a 66, but you need an adaptor bushing. The 67+ shafts are a s,aller diameter than the original 66. They used to make them... I believe they are still available, but not sure where...

thanks for the reply. i bought a set of axles from napa, same lenth axles and they are all 1 1/4' diameter, looks like a good match. now, the right axle from 66 has a large "dampner" midshaft, the 67's didn't have it, hope this won't be a problem? Anyone?
