There's a whole bunch of them on eBay at any given time... I've been keeping my eyes on for a set of wheels, and there's tons of those caps. Some of them even reasonably priced.

theres only one hubcap for a 1970 toro...and that guy wont ship overseas

Which ones? I could probably get together a decent set of the dog dish ones but I don't have the trim rings to spare. I'd imagine the shipping would be a killer though.

Oooh, I thought we were talking about those dog-dish ones... I've seen lots of the dog-dish, but haven't seen those ones, sorry

Those are the P03 option caps--hard to find in nice condition. I have one NICE one and 3 marginal available but they are HEAVY.

Yeah, let me dig them out and confirm on the condition--I know one is very nice. I'll try to post some pics. I'm not very good at all that so give me some time. Did you ever find a carb? I know I have some 7040252 cores laying around too.
