Wanted: Drain plug 1967 Toro

I'm looking for the set L/R drain plugs. These are the rubber pieces on the rear rocker area (inner) that carry the water out from the large vent below the window. There are drain tubes that carry the water to each side. I'm looking for the piece on the bottom outside of the car that keeps other debris and rodents from entering the tubes from the bottom of the car.
As far as I can tell, neither Fusick or Steele Rubber parts sell these.
As best as I can read the part on the one remaining piece that I have, it is:
