On the road at last...

Postby Twilight Fenrir » Thu May 26, 2011 5:56 pm

Well, I've been on the forums for over a year now, but I finally got my Toro on the road, so it's an introduction! :P

It's very, very, very far from done. But, at least it's a roling project. I'll upgrade and repair everything as I go, untill the point when I've got a big enough garage, and enough money to strip it to the frame and give it the works!

Whenever I mention my Toronado, people always jump to the fact that it's a big boat... But, really, it's rather small, isn't it?

Cheers,
I hope you enjoy your time together this summer! You know your right...the 66-68 Toros are no where nearly as big as the full size barges of the day...I'm thinking pound for pound though they gotta rank right up there with all the heavy weights from the era...so boat, no.....tank, yes!
Cheers, Jim

Excellent job! Have fun with it and get it out there to show off. They always draw a crowd where ever you take them.
