Those are all of the shots I have right now, The next time I get it out, I'll get some overall pics to show it finished. I believe someone on here keeps track of how many of the W34's have been found. Does anyone know what that number is up to?

23 or 24 1968 W-34 cars so far. The first car I rode in was a Ocean Mist colored 68 Toronado. It was bucket seats , not console. It was oredered with W-34 package, but it did not go through. I still have the Protect-O-Plate. OJ for the transmission code.

Thanks guys. I do have the original protecto plate along with all receipts from the previous owner going back to 1972. I do not have the window sticker or dealer invoice and unfortunately there is no dealer stamp on the warranty slips in the back of the protecto plate book, but the delivery date on the POP is only a couple of weeks after the build date on the trim tag so I think it was probebly specail ordered byt eh original owner who lived in the Philly, PA area. Here are some better pics of the finished car.

I agree, I like Ocean Mist color as well! Last time I rode in an Ocean Mist 1968 Toronado, was June of 1972. That car was trade for a Matdor Red 1972 Toronado (white top, parchment (off white) interior.
