1966 braking issues

I know .... me and everybody else that has ever owned one. But this is my first. If some one can give a good place to start, that would be awesome. I have done the simple stuff like check fluid, bleeding, and shoes. What next to decide between master cyl & booster, or just replace both. Thanks in advance.
