Headlight doors

Postby Terry » Fri Nov 17, 2017 4:17 pm

I have bought myself a 1968 Olds Toronado. Had a 73, and now this. How do I know if it is a W34, for one question, and the other - is there somewhere online I can see an exploded view of the headlight door system. The car came with the covers, vacuum tank, and some hoses. Thanks, Terry

Here's the Olds Master Parts Book. There are exploded diagrams for just about everything , along with part numbers. If you've never looked through a GM parts book it will take a little bit to get familiar with the layout but you'll figure it out eventually.

You may want to call Atwater Kent. They rebuild just about everything you can think of antique cars including vacuum tanks.
