Guess it time to pay my dues!

Postby bluecab » Tue Mar 22, 2011 6:39 pm

Even though it goes against my nature, I bought a '66 on eBay, so I'm officially in the toro club!
Looks like a good candidate, needs everything, but original with air, a black interior, gold exterior.
Hope to trailer it home next weekend, with my GMC Suburban that has 221k on it!
Wish me luck.

Engine and trans are out, interior stripped for patching and POR, getting ready to weld in the necessary patch panels. Crank came in with a .010 / .010 cut, block passed the pressure test and is waiting for pistons.
Sounds like a lot, but seems like no progress in the big picture.
