I could use some help to ID Engine.

Hello everyone,
As you can see I am new here. FYI - I am a retired ASE mechanic who was also a mechanic in the US Army.
I have what I believe to be is a 1969 or 1970 Toronado 455 power-plant in a rare vehicle that I want to fully restore.
It had not been on the road for well over 20 years when I purchased it back in 2013 and towed it home.
Since then, without knowing a lot about it; I have invested a lot of time and money getting it running the best I could and back on the road where it belongs. But sadly it overheats... I am working on that now with plans to ad a two speed or stage hydraulic cooling fan setup the the Flex-a-lite Radiator I already have..
Now I don't know much about Olds products. I worked as a line mechanic for Chevrolet for ten years.
I know where to find all the important numbers on Chevys. I need help with the Olds 455...
I will go outside and try to get all the numbers I can find.
I could use some help to ID what year engine it truly is for getting the proper parts and giving it a good tune up.
I also need to find out what kind of exhaust manifolds I have and where I can find some good ones. Mine are cracked and leak.
I would like to know where I could find a good used GM HEI Dist that will work in the year 455 I end up having..
Thank you for your help.
Sincerely, Tony
