Terra, the dual whitewalls were used on 1965 and 1966 Eldorados. (It's hard to tell there are two stripes in this picture unless you blow it up)
Diamondback Tire makes will make them for you in any size you want on any radial tire you want. My Cadillac (pictured in this thread) has Diamondback tires on it made from Yokahoma 700R radials. They look like bias ply tires but handle like modern radials because they are.
The whitewalls are vulcanized to the tire, not some cheap stuck on fake ww. I've had Coker tires on my car, both radial and bias ply, and I will never purchase a Coker tire again. They are crap and not for cars that are actually driven.

Here's a link to the DB catalog. Page 36 shows two versions of the double stripe and (I made a mistake) the '65-'66 Cadillac triple stripe.

Otto is right. I had the same experience with Coker Tires. I'm going to Diamondback in the future.

Several guys in our local Cadillac club chapter have had problems. Coker is very good about customer service and taking care of problems but who wants to deal with wobbly, unbalanceable tires in the first place?
One of the guys, driving to the GN in Boston in his 1976 Eldorado had a Coker radial develop a bubble in the sidewall. They shipped him a new one en route or when he got there or something but it's still a pain in the neck.
I had a belt separation on a Coker Classic radial on the Cadillac when the tires had less than 10K miles on them.
The problem is that they're using original manufacturers worn out stamping machines. etc.
Here they are up close. You can see they aren't some stick on whitewalls. You also don't have to put up with stupid letting on the outside wall, either like you do with off the shelf tires.
If you're looking for a more affordable option, you can still get a set of 1" whitewalls in the Optimo line from Hancook in 235-75 R15.
