realities of Spring

Postby 1977 Cutly » Wed May 21, 2014 7:44 am

Oh how quickly we forget the little quirks(re:broken crap) on our cars as we wax nostalgic the winter away.
I bought a new radiator.
four new wheel cylinders.

I'd love to pull the AC hoses and have them repaired.

Despite repeated cable lubing, my speedo is still sticky and bounces.

Seems like the fuel gauge is working again.

All four headlights are new and working great.

I need to get the am fm wonderbar working. I'm going to start with a new back speaker I think.

I'm so glad I can drive this wonderful Olds again.

What turned out to be the problem with your stuck headlight? Was it a leaky or disconnected vacuum line?

Overall, it's probably fair to say these cars are at least as old as us and functioning somewhat better

Its a gorgeous Gold 66 with black interior. Pretty plain inside, not a ton of options. It seems nicer than mine, hopefully it goes to a great home.
