Great link! Thanks! This is the one that they showed at the OCA Nationals in PA this year.
It is a '68 with '69 grills from what I can see - note the fast back styling with no mini-fins. The tail lights might be from a '69 as well (backup light parts removed from '68 bumper), but I'm not sure if they have to have backup lights on a racer.
