And especially not it in Pottsylvania. Fearless Leader might give us a light reprimand!

Re: 1970 Toronado paint color
Wow...thanks, Eightballz, for posting the Flickr link to pics of the '70 Toro in Azure Blue. I've owned this car for a little over two years now and have thoroughly enjoyed her. Attached are more recent pics of her. I'd love to find out more about the history of this car, so if anyone has ideas let me know. All I have to go on are the VIN number and those Minnesota collector plates. I got her from a collector who got her from a dealer, and he didn't know anything at all...

Re: 1970 Toronado paint color
Ok now that I know what the original color looks like on the car I am leaning towards azure blue now I need to decide if I will put the vinyl roof back on the car? The vinyl roof was taken off long before I got the car and I think the holes may have been welded up. Some say the car has a sleeker look with the top off?

I think it looks less cluttered without the vinyl top, but I do like seeing them on old cars. There is no wrong answer for your vinyl top question.

Re: 1970 Toronado paint color
I think I am leaning towards no vinyl top. I had been considering painting the car dark metallic blue without the vinyl top so i think i will stay with the same on the azure blue.
