I have owned the car for a year, so I have Not touched anything dealing with the transmission yet. I did notice the transmission fluid looks brand new though....thought that was suspicious. I don't know about the filter.
I was under the impression the shifting was controlled electrically?

Newbie question-- 1966 grinding noise on reverse attempt
I have a 1966 Toronado that seems to work fine in forward gears but grinds when I try to go into reverse.
