4 small screws at the front and rear of heater and put down the broken heater

than everithing clean

and put everithing togather again

everything put down from the box...
first carefully!!! rubber - my was in a very good condition and i use it again
then 4 small screws,
then small vacum regulater - mark the crew position!!! then flap at the front,

and than you can see your problem

so... today i finished the work.... and i´m very happy :D heater core replacement ! how to do it :geek: Part1 you can everything do from engine site and without to put down the hood!!! for small and older people: you need after that a medicine against a backpain! and musclepain :mrgreen: or better b...

Hallo Andrew ! that´s great idea! i do not a complitely restauration but i will make now for your pocs of my work with .... heating system, engine, lights, suspension ... we will see how can you use it .... do you make a restauration of Toro too ? what kind of a project is it ? big greeting from Ger...

the hole is the normal construction for water and Konservation in the frame. Don't worry no accident nothing danges.....

W12 is in Europe not legal!! :mrgreen: ...no way, nobody has this thing :? another question: did you .... or somebody probe to pimp an exhaust of Toro with ... f.e. cherry bomb or flowmaster 40-44 ? there is no so many place to do it , do you have experience with it ? and i have a small lecag...

yes... that was the way what i did, but we have another number and searching with measurements depents from the motivation of seller :lol: but now is everything ok, i got a one new and next week i want to put a new fluid inside, but no original w12 couse is not allowed in Europe , w134a a new one (?...
