Re: NOS or Mint Used Rear Panel
Otto, I emailed John and he said he sold the only nice one he had recently. I have dealt with John after your recommendation a couple of months ago and was very satisfied. He is a good source for parts as you had suggested. Mine has some pitting and I guess is can be rechromed, then you need to repa...

NOS or Mint Used Rear Panel
I know it's a long shot but I would like to update the rear panel on my 66 Toro.
Not afraid to pay your price if you have one.
Thanks,
Brian

Re: First Generation Toronado Advice
Hi Jarred, Small world. This is Brian Rachlin. I own a 66 Toronado and for me, if you are going to spend that kind of money, I'd try to buy a 66. These guys can tell you more than me about the pricing, but that car seems a little high to me. The styling of the 66 blew my mind when these cars were ne...

spark plugs for my 66
I have a ton of brand new AC R46N plugs.
Are these too hot for my 66 Toro?
What do you guys use?
Thanks,
Brian

Re: 66 Toro arrives tomorrow
Welcome to the message board and to Toro ownership. Otto's and Doc's advice is spot on. Unless the car has not been run for many years and the gas is stale and murky, I would not drop the tank. Leave the points in it for now. They rarely fail. If you get new points, look for NOS Delco on ebay. I hav...

Re: 66 rear seat removal
It's easy. The bottom cushion comes out like every other one, push in at the front edge and lift up. Push in on each side and it will pop up out of the hooks that hold it in. It was the back rest that I was not sure of. Most GM seat backs hang from brackets on the back rest of the seat that slides d...
