Jup… you are right! , I got from USA two just new (in very good condition) four-leaf-stack to replace the original for only 230$ :) and I´m very happy about that. Know I´m very excited, if it would be better than old Setting? - new bushing etc. Old parts I want to "make like a new" :roll: ...

wow... good job ! i want to change the horizontal shocks together with leaf springs in about 2 months, what about the front screws of leaf springs ?? According to study and police-report in Germany the most important are first 10 min. , so we have as the best solution a simple cuttoff-switch hidden in der car. The thieves do not have so much time and motivation to remove it or to make a Bypass 8-)

wow! thats really cool ! but ...PEX plumbing crimp rings, the special crimping tool has to have contact to all surface of crimp and there is no so many place to do it ???... very interesting :shock:

Yes this is a very strange and I asked a lot of mechanics , nobody known how it is made... :shock:
you can´t use a hot temperature couse of rubber, there is no method to do it another,
perhaps know somebody from GM how was it made ???

Hello Guys

I replaced the outer CV joint boot in my Toronado last time and I wonder about the the copper-clamp - see the picture. There was any connection, any solderind, nothing etc. How they did it 50 years ago? I had to cut the clamp tu a new one.
