I don't know exactly but it's a standard 30amp glass automotive fuse. SFE stands for Safety Fuse Enclosure, i.e. glass tube. I get that a lot with my cars that only have lap belts and a couple that have no seat belts at all. A collapsing steering column isn't going to make much of a difference if you're in a wreck bad enough to need one. Scott, see if you can find someone with a 3D printer. They aren't that expensive anymore and lots of hobbyists have them. It would be very simple to use your best lens as a template to produce new lenses.
