Hey Schurkey, still selling these? PM me with the details, I think I want to get a set to stock for my next car. Thanks!

Re: Rare Parts
All first gen Toros have interchangeable parts for almost everything. In the case of the bushings for sure, and I love them. The handling improvement is likely to be large, although I cannot truly tell. I just know my car handles fantastically with zero play in the front suspension. The slightest mo...

Hot Rod column...
Saw this in a recent Hot Rod magazine:

I find their view a bit funny as I have a Hot Rod Toro... and it works wonderfully as a driver!

Re: Insane serpentine belt kit...
I suspected you were being sarcastic but it is lost in translation... Yes, that is a beautiful car indeed. Nothing like it today for sure. Izzat you in there? As for grey, that is my most hated color, so I am definitely in agreement on that! Modern cars give a very different kind of pleasure, so it ...

Wow, you are really hardcore! If you think an Aston looks like a Mitsu Eclipse then I don't know what to say... Astons are about the sexiest cars there are and look nothing like any Mitsu I have ever seen including an Eclipse. I guess you are inured to the modern design languages so you just don't s...

Re: Insane serpentine belt kit...
No, that is not at all a problem... 8-) I have a spare belt in my car and the adjustment tool in the toolkit. I would have to be rather dumb to do anything else given your objections, no? :P The biggest problem I face is the half inch of clearance between one of the pulley nose covers (a vanity item...

Re: Insane serpentine belt kit...
I love my Serp belt. It looks fantastic so it gets lots of 'Wows', it is easy to maintain, and it is far more reliable than those crappy V belts. In case you did not pick it up, I hate V belts. I can tell you stories of V-Belt failures, which happen far more often than Serp belt failures. I have see...

Re: Full Exhaust set available from Waldrons
I have mixed feelings about what Otto said. On the one hand, these pipes are mandrel bent, on the other hand, he is correct in that a good shop will do a better job. Not sure of the cost factor, and I did the install myself yet had to have a shop rework the inlets due to issues along the lines of wh...

Re: octane for 425
I also used a primitive form of water injection on my first Toronado engine. It worked well enough to prompt me to use it again for the same reason although the new system is far superior to the old one. Not sure yet what the consumption will be, and I will be using a water/methanol mix - basically ...
