I've only done it with the engine out of the car! It's the only way I've been able to get a perfect seal... However, I have heard from others that they do one or a combination of things: * Unbolt the oil pan until it can drop enough to get the front cover back on and properly seal. I worry about war...

How difficult is it to has this single eyebrow piece have three finishes on it: 1) the body color around the edging 2) the chrome highlight 3) the mat black on the inner part of the eyebrow I was fortunate to get a spare set of eyebrows on ebay -- they appear to be all chrome. So the question is --...

Make sure you contact Bruce Roe as he is the expert on these transmissions and especially switch pitch transmissions. He is a tech advisor for the TOA and his contact info is on page 1 of the Driver.

Ah, xgecko will definitely have something to add here! Make sure you look at his threads here as he just did a major job on his '68 motor.

What cam are you going with? Doing anything with the pistons/rings, bearings or crank? What else are you planning?
