Re: new '66 Toronado owner from Germany
I'm driving the Cadillac right now and the Toro is laid up, waiting for a trip to the body shop after being rear-ended on the freeway. Bumper is off getting straightened and rechromed. When it's done the whole thing goes to a body shop for repair.

Re: Full Exhaust set available from Waldrons
Return of the Gecko! Yes, everything hinges on a good, competent, local muffler guy who knows how to use his equipment without just punching a button and having a computer do all the work. Re: Full Exhaust set available from Waldrons
I think your best bet would be to find a good, local shop to build a new system using your existing pipes for patterns. There's a great shop here in Atlanta that does this for less money and higher quality than Waldron and Classic.
He also uses mandrel bends instead of crush bends.

Andy, post some photos of your restoration. What sort of condition was your car in prior to the start of the project?
Good luck with it.

Re: 1967 Toronado Chrome Wheel Cost?
This guy has 50 '66-'70 Toronado parts cars. Among the many parts he has is a newly re-chromed set of wheels.

Re: GM Part Numbers For '66 Toro
Thanks Doc, I was posting this for a friend who's parting out a '66. He has a GMC Motor Home and wanted to cross reference part numbers on the 66 with known part numbers for the RV. That way he'll keep certain things as spares and sell the rest. I don't know any specifics on the motor home regarding...

Oldmobile Master Parts Book Online
Here is a link to the 1972 Oldsmobile Master Parts Book. It covers Olds parts from the late '50s up to 1972. If you need GM part numbers or need to see what other model's parts interchange with your Toro parts, this is quite useful. http://wildaboutcarsonline.com/cgi-bin/pub9990334158924.cgi?itemid=...

GM Part Numbers For '66 Toro
Does anyone have a source for GM part numbers for 1966 Toronado? A friend is looking for part numbers on '66 Toro steering parts in order to compare with known part numbers for interchange purposes.
