Rear shocks are done!! The rear sits totally different, even though the gas tank is out. Its good I didn't jump the gun and spend money on new leaf springs!

Maybe I'm a little off but... I think the early Toros have a "SPEEDRACER" kinda look!! Anyway..... I got the gas tank out yesterday and all the wiring etc out from the trunk, tail lights and bumper off. Whew...... !! Ooh... my fuel sender works! (See separate post) it goes from 0ish - 90is...

Hello All, I've been searching for replacement mono-leaf insulators for my 66. I'm having a hard time finding any. I believe them to be shot because.. a) they look cracked, b) they look thin, and c) the flat section of the leaf is actually digging into the brake cable boots(I believe its the e-brake...

Twilight, I got the chassis service manual from Faxon literature... it's in pdf form on a CD. The total page count of the file was 1250 pages or so(I will verify that when I get home from work.)
