Hi, I am trying to source some original seat fabric/material for my '66 -- the interior is dark green with fabric in the centers. Thanks, Thad Dupper

Re: 66 power window motor
Mission accomplished. Lubed everything and it works better. That said, the little bolt that holds the front handle to the door was a pain. I used a tiny 5/16 wrench to tightening it 1/4 turn at a time. On the last pull the wrench fell into the arm rest — and there it will remain for eternity. Thanks...

66 power window motor
The passenger door power window is struggling and it causes the fuse to blow. Any advice on taking the door skin offf. I see the lower screws and some on the chrome trim. Is that it? Just take those screws out and pull the skin up and off? I want to see if the motor bogging is a lubricant issue or a...

Re: Brake Lights Funk
Thanks guys -- I replaced all six 1157's ($21) put some electrical tape on some suspicious wires and walla the lights work as should be. I also redid the wiring to the trunk light -- seems like that light only goes on (in my car) when the lights are on. I would have thought the trunk light would go ...

Brake Lights Funk
I thought I would tap the community on something that is happening on my '66 Toro. First, let me state I am not a wiring guy. So what is happening -- when I put the blinker on -- the tailights both blink -- but the front blinker works fine. It happens with both left or right - and it happens when th...

Kanter disc conversion kit
Just received my March 2018 Hemmings and saw an ad for the Kanter 66 Toro disc conversion kit. In the past I thought this was an outdated and no longer offered kit but I see it currently listed on their website for $1275. Anyone know if this is legit and if the kit is worthwhile. Thank you Thad Dupper

66 toro interior question
So I posted a video of my 66 toronado on youtube and one of the viewers asked a good question. I believe my interior is original -- the car is zz frost green exterior and dark green interior -- and it is a deluxe model. The front seats are all vinyl and look like everyone else's toros. The back seat...
