That is so great when things work out like that. I had some 1965 Buick cast aluminum finned valve covers and needed 66 and another ROA member had 66 and needed 65 we traded too.

I am a chrome monger I never would have painted it and I have been known to chrome an
extra part or 2. A totally chrome Toronado, oh man I'd be in heaven.

http://www.flickr.com/photos/33139761@N07/4909569064/ Here is an example of a modification that looks stealthy. I think that a hood scoop for a Toro should be a low profile that joins the 2 hood ridges is about 18-24" back of the front hood line and blends into the final hoodline at the glass....
