Re: A-Pillar rust damage and repair
thats a common issue with these cars. i have also seen rusted doors due to a-pillar leaking.
theres no repair panel available. you might try to use the repair panels for cutlass and modify them accordingly but this goes only for the cowl area. a-pillar needs to be custom made

Re: Wheels
totally interested in your cowl hood.
could you maybe post some pictures from the underside of the hood? also how did you mount the cowl scoop?
what brand / dimension did you used?

Re: Hello from Germany!
Do you have to put hazard lights on the rear? After the inspection you'll take all that stuff off, right? Can you get in trouble for removing them? you may get in trouble if the cops are familiar with old cars and their special requirements...but mostly they arent. but if you are involved in an acc...

Re: Hello from Germany!
I'm pretty sure that isn't the reason sealed beams aren't used anymore. Every single vehicle I've ever owned has had glass, sealed beam headlights. Never once has one broken. They're nearly impossible to break even if you try. yeah thats true..that glass is hard to break...but you know..german regu...

Re: Hello from Germany!
its not about accidents happening because you have sealed beams. its about the possibility that something may hit the headlight (small stones, gravel) and penetrate the glass and then your headlight isnt working anymore.
