The 1967 Fischer Body Service Manual does give some advice on the topic of removing the regulator assembly (Page 7-24, REAR QUARTER WINDOW REGULATOR ASSEMBLY (MANUAL OR ELECTRIC) - "A, E, F, X & Z" HARDTOP AND CONVERTIBLE STYLES.

I think I've figured this out. The error in my ways is assuming that there would be a single source diagram to indicate port use on the carb, and there is not for the 67 Toro, at least not in the service manual or parts illustration catalogue. Otto, that's a great start and thank you so much for taking the time! The mounting bolt/manifold vacuum source throws me for a loop, though. If nothing else, I'll diagram this out for the future confused like myself.

Well, I'll take whatever help I can get. I perused the parts catalogue thinking that I'd find a useable illustration, but did not find anything with adequate detail.
