I already took it apart and found a defective gearwheel and pins broken out of the „seconds wheel“
The Problem was that it got jammed coursed by dirt and the motor kept turning, grinding and breaking the plastic stuff.
Unfortunately it can’t be fixed.

Thanks Otto, I will try to give it a proper cleaning then.
The problem is just that I don’t know how to take it out. You can’t get to it through the glovebox but I don’t find a way to separate it from the front panel of the dashboard.
