TH-425 transmission Service in Virginia??

My 1966 Toronado transmission has problems and needs help! Does anyone know of a qualified Toronado mechanic
located in or near Virginia ?? My previous forum post did not resolve the issue despite the kind suggestions of Bruce Roe, our transmission guru.

Hi Bruce, Though I could not figure out how to remove the governor weights from the "cup" housing, they seemed to move freely and the valve moved up and down smoothly. Do I assume correctly that the shaft orientation makes no difference as long as you get the plastic tooth gear to mesh pro...
