Re: Looking for new tires

Just put a set of TOYOs on one of my '85's... Great Price! Excellent specs, look good & ride nice, too. Next Problem: Same size whitewalls in Studded Snow Tires... Gonna have to have them made at DBTires... Looks like $250/tire... But I like to go where I want to go, when I want to go th...

Darn cheap, too! For BOTH Level Sensors AND the Vehicle Side of the Connectors it was $10 at my local pick-a-part! :D

Re: Looking for a Remote Oil Filter and External Oil Cooler Setup for the 455

You could spin this one on for $20... Trans-Dapt Performance Spin-On Oil Filter Bypass Adapters 1020... From Summit Racing... And run your lines wherever you like. This one fits Pontiac & Olds 455. Because my 1985 Toronado had been hauling an 18' Aristocrat Land Commander Trailer all of it's lif...

Re: 79-85 E-body ELC (Level control)

Used GM 22189430 from wrecking yard... Took vehicle side of the connector, too. Spliced cannibalized connector to vehicle. Bolted up Level Sensor. VOILA! Pure Freakin' Magic! NOTE: One of my 1985 Toronados was wired up BACKWARDS! Had to swap Exhaust Solenoid and Compressor Signal Leads in the connec...
