Re: Ball Joints won't release
Ended up cutting through the lower joint. The top came off fine. Ended up taking it to a machinist friend of mine and he said just was on way to tight. He got it off but sounded like a .44 magnum going off in his shop when it let go. No rust, just nice clean taper.
This car really hates me.

Re: 1"20 castle nut that goes on drive axel
Yep it is a 1-20. I first off checked the tpi with a gauge I have and then the only 1-20 that I found was a real short nut that would not really do the job but for 10 bucks bought it as a test. Fits perfect. That didn't really help me with my problem so I will check the suppliers that are mentioned ...

Disc brake conversion parts prefer 75-78 years.
I have a '66 Toronado that I would like to covert to disc. Prefer to get all parts from same care if possible. Steering Knuckles, upper control arm and hubs. Of course would be looking for wheels too.

'66 REAR FLEX BRAKE LINE
I am replacing all brake lines on my 66 and having trouble finding the rear flex line that comes off of the frame rail line and goes to a T bolted to the rear axel. Anyone got a source or a substitute for this?
Any help appreciated

Alternator ground wire.
I acquired my '66 after it had been purchased and then forgot. I am hoping to give it a little love. The alternator had been taken off and when I put it back on I can't find the ground wire that goes on the alternator. If someone could either shoot me a picture that shows the ground wire well enough...
